Blew the Gearbox in the Metro into Colonial, Let out a substantial BANG! Couldn't get any further off the track than just the exit of the corner! :s Many thanks for the tow guys!

Stupid bit of driving i lost the back end in the chicane ( Fishermans? ) Would love a pic of it though.

quite a lot of broken cars today including the flying nismo which has a terminal engine problem boo hoo!!!

Yeah great day.... lots of track time for all today :)...still kicking myself about not bringing the e30 down:(. Serious amount of retirements throughout the day.

@JP...no probs about the tow...all part fo the service dude....saw you losing it on the chicane...couldnt believe you caught her...very well done:)

Had a great day, good to see everyone and meet a few new faces. Was superbly run as always, well done to everyone. And a big thanks for Simon and Nigel for the tow, much appreciated lads.

I drove all the way back to Belfast with no brakes whatsoever!! lol Driving like yer granny and using gears and handbrake to stop!

Great days craic! Definately was a day to get your car on the track! Unlucky for a few who had their day cut short! but some tasty machines today! That sierra and scobby were stupid fast and the wee clio handled spectacturarararaly!

P.S. Gary why no pics of my car?? Im going to cry now!! Suits me fine its in a state anywho!lol

Update:

Just discovered the seals on my m/c are toasted. Thats the reason I had such a swift exit yesterday.

Still could have been worse, could have happened on the approach to Colonial.

Will be back in business for next month
