I list the Mk4 R32 Front from a few different manufacturers but the best value one would be the Dietrich one, could do for you for £225 and would take around 5 days to get in. It is a fiberglass bumper but its not your cheap ebay crap, good brand, quality and fitment on the Dietrich stuff is pretty good.

If you would prefer Lester make an ABS version, let me know and can work you something out but would be a good chunk dearer. I aint a Lester Distributor like I am with Dietrich so cant really do as good of deals on their stuff.
